KAAMNA is a sanskrit word for
desire, pleasure, wish, fantasy

Why Kaamna?

I was born and raised in India where sexuality is a taboo topic. When I moved to the West, I found that it wasn’t much better – in the US, UK, Australia. We’re all victims of a system that has disconnected our bodies from our souls.

In a two year Masters program at Columbia University I did a deep dive into sexual shame, its origins and implications in our lives. I studied how to release shame and how to reclaim one’s sense of self and vitality, and it all starts with desire.

In my practice I draw from the research, from hundreds of conversations I’ve had with real people like you, and from the tenets of both Eastern and Western spirituality to help you step from the darkness into your own light.
